I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. A recent graduate from the University of Kentucky Family Sciences Program, my clinical interests vary from working with adolescent school groups, to individual females. I am excited to be a part of this blog, because it mingles my personal and professional interests: writing in a way that not only frees the writer, but connects and relates to others.
